How do Cloudbet’s VIP tiers work?
There are eight tiers, from Bronze to Blue Diamond, and the top four (Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond, and Blue Diamond) are the VIP tiers. You move up on lifetime turnover, which is everything you’ve wagered on casino and sports, win or lose. Sapphire starts at $1,000,000 in lifetime turnover and Blue Diamond at $1,000,000,000.
What happens to my VIP tier if I go quiet for a few months?
Nothing. Tiers at Cloudbet are permanent and your turnover never resets. Take a year off and you come back at the same tier. There’s nothing to maintain and nothing to re-qualify for.
Let’s talk level-up bonuses. Real money, or bonus credit?

Any strings on level-up bonuses, like wagering requirements?
No. Level-up bonuses are paid as cash with no wagering requirements, and the same goes for rakeback and the rest of your loyalty rewards. Your deposits have their own playthrough before withdrawal: once you’re verified, you wager 25% of what you deposited first.

What’s rakeback, and is it the same as cashback?
Same idea. Rakeback is a share of the house edge paid back to you on every casino bet, win or lose. You bet, a percentage comes back.
What percentage of rakeback do I get?
Base rakeback is 5% of the house edge from Bronze through Ruby, and 10% at Diamond and Blue Diamond. The bigger jump for VIPs comes from TURBO.
What’s TURBO rakeback?
TURBO is a temporary rakeback boost on casino bets. It switches on automatically when you claim a reward from the Rewards Calendar and runs for a set window.
Do VIPs get more out of TURBO?
A lot more. Below Sapphire, boosted rakeback tops out at 10%, with windows of 20 minutes at Bronze, 30 at Silver and Gold, and 45 at Emerald. VIPs go higher and longer: Sapphire gets up to 12.5% for 45 minutes, Ruby up to 15% for 60, Diamond up to 20% for 60, and Blue Diamond up to 25% for 90.
What else do I earn day to day, besides rakeback?
Cash drops. Casino bets earn daily, weekly and monthly drops, and sports bets earn a weekly one. They’re calculated automatically from how much you play and paid as cash with no wagering. On casino drops, part lands in your wallet right away and the rest waits in the Rewards Calendar. Sports drops are paid in full straight away. Claim each drop within its window or it expires.
What do I get if I only bet sports?
Weekly cash drops and level-up bonuses, since your sports turnover counts toward your tier. At the VIP tiers you also get no-limit bets, Whale Mode, and a host who can arrange higher limits and tailored offers. Rakeback and TURBO apply to casino bets only.
And if I only play casino?
You get rakeback and TURBO on every bet, daily, weekly, and monthly cash drops, and level-up bonuses. At the VIP tiers, your host can also bring in offers built around the games you play and pass on your requests for new games to be added.

Okay, you mentioned Whale Mode. What is that?
Whale Mode is for your biggest positions. You tell it the total you want on a market and the worst price you’ll accept, and it builds the position for you instead of you placing bets one at a time. It’s open to every Cloudbet user, VIPs included.
How does Whale Mode build the bet, step by step?
You set your target stake, the total you want on the market, above any single-bet limit. You set your minimum odds, which is your price floor. Then it places smaller bets until the target is filled, the price falls through your floor, or the market closes. It works on pre-match single bets.
Will Cloudbet limit my account if I start winning?
No. Cloudbet doesn’t restrict players simply for winning, and the VIP Club is built for people who bet big and bet often. What you can stake depends on the market, and I can ask for a higher limit before a match. No-limit bets on popular markets let you keep stacking beyond the standard per-bet cap.

How fast are payouts for Cloudbet VIPs?
90% of Cloudbet withdrawals are processed within two minutes and we aim to clear every withdrawal within 24 hours, subject to verification and security checks. Do I have to verify my ID, and are there withdrawal limits?
