I made a withdrawal but don't see my money

If your withdrawal isn't showing up? Follow these checks to find your funds and see when to contact support for help.

If your withdrawal hasn't arrived as expected, work through the steps below to find out where it is and what to do next.

1. Check for an error when you try to withdraw

If you can't even submit the withdrawal and see an error message, the money hasn't left your balance. Find your error here:

If you signed up through Telegram, you'll have to confirm the withdrawal there, as you won't receive an email for this.

3. Check whether the status shows "rejected"

4. Check how long it's been since you confirmed

5. Contact support with your withdrawal ID

If none of the above matches, contact customer support and include your withdrawal ID. Learn how to find it here.
