Some email providers, like Gmail, automatically shorten long email threads to keep your inbox tidy. When this happens, parts of the message (including confirmation buttons) can be hidden in your withdrawal email.
To fix it:
Scroll to the bottom of the email.
Tap or click the three dots (…).
This expands the message and should reveal the confirmation button.
