You can cancel a withdrawal if you haven’t confirmed it in your email yet. Once it’s confirmed, cancelations aren't possible in most cases.
How to cancel the withdrawal yourself
If you haven’t confirmed the withdrawal via email, you can still cancel it:
On the Cloudbet site, select your profile icon.
Select History.
Select the withdrawal you want to cancel.
On the withdrawal screen, select Cancel.
This option disappears once you’ve confirmed the withdrawal via email.
When cancelation isn’t possible
After you’ve confirmed the withdrawal, it’s sent for processing. In most cases, the funds are already on the way and can’t be canceled.
If you’d still like us to check, you can contact customer support—but cancelation at this stage is rarely possible.
