What’s a network fee?
A network fee is a mandatory charge paid to the blockchain to process your transaction. The amount depends on the currency and network you're using. See current network fees.
Cloudbet doesn’t charge any additional fees beyond what the network requires.
Example
If you're withdrawing USDT and your balance is 10 USDT, but the network fee is 0.005 USDT, you'll only be able to withdraw 9.995 USDT.
If you try to withdraw more than 9.995 USDT, you’ll see the error message.
What to do next
To fix this and complete your withdrawal:
Check the network fee shown in the error message.
Check your available balance.
Set your withdrawal amount to the remaining balance after the fee is deducted.
