Typically, withdrawals are processed instantly. However, in some circumstances, it can take up to 24 hours for funds to reach your wallet or account.
If your withdrawal is not processed within 24 hours, please follow the steps below.
Missing withdrawals
If your withdrawal hasn’t been processed within 24 hours, log in and use the Live Chat option to contact the customer support team. Alternatively, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account.
Please be ready to provide your Cloudbet username and transaction details.
To find your transaction details:
Go to your Wallet from the account menu.
Select ‘Transaction history’ > ‘Withdrawals’, or ‘History’ on mobile.
Scroll to the transaction in question and copy the transaction hash (sometimes called the TxID) for customer support to investigate (1). Note whether the State (2) of the transaction is Pending, Sending, or Confirmed.
