Requirements

Your proof of address must:

  • Match the full name on your ID. Proof of address showing a family member’s name won’t be accepted.

  • Match the claimed address you want to verify.

  • Be dated within 3 months and in a photo or PDF format.

  • Be an original document—no scans or photos of photocopies.

The following documents will not be accepted as proof of address:

  • Mobile phone bills

  • Insurance documents

  • Payment invoices
