Responsible Gambling
At Cloudbet, we are committed to fostering an environment where gambling remains a safe, enjoyable, and controlled form of entertainment. We take this responsibility to protect our players and promote responsible gambling seriously.
Our mission is to provide a secure, transparent, and supportive environment where players can make informed decisions about their gambling activities. We actively work to safeguard vulnerable individuals, prevent underage gambling, and identify and address signs of problem gambling.
Gambling should be fun and not cause harm. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the tools available or reach out for help.
Our Responsible Gambling tools
To help you keep gambling fun and stay in control, we offer a range of tools and resources, including self-exclusions options and access to professional support services.
Our team is also here to help you in every step of the way. You can contact us via live chat or at [email protected].
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a tool that offers you the ability to suspend all access to your Cloudbet account should you feel that you need a break, are at risk of developing a gambling problem, or believe you currently have one.
To activate self-exclusion, you’ll need to complete a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Once that’s complete, you can extend your self-exclusion to one of the following durations:
- 1 week
- 1 month
- 6 months
- 1 year
- Permanent
During self-exclusion, you cannot:
- Access or reactivate your account
- Withdraw, deposit, or place bets
- Adjust your self-exclusion period
When you set a temporary self-exclusion, your account will automatically reactivate once the selected time period has elapsed. After reactivation, you will be able to deposit, place bets, and withdraw funds as normal.
In the event that indefinite exclusion is set, your account will remain closed indefinitely.
Self exclusion can be applied by following the steps below:
- Once you’re logged in, select the profile icon.
- Select Preferences.
- Next to Responsible gambling, select Learn more.
- Select Cool off for 24 hours (this option is required for first-time self-exclusion).
- Select Confirm (once confirmed, you’ll be automatically logged out of your account for 24 hours).
- To extend your self-exclusion, you must wait for the 24-hour period to end. Once this period ends, you can follow the steps above to choose a longer self-exclusion option. This must be done within 24 hours, or the self-exclusion process will reset.
Self-Assessments
We encourage you to regularly assess your gambling habits to determine whether gambling remains within healthy limits. To this end, you can complete the following 20 question self-assessment from Gamblers Anonymous to better understand your current gambling habits - https://gamblersanonymous.org/20-questions/.
Where a self-assessment identifies a high risk for problematic gambling behaviour, we recommend you to explore the available responsible gambling tools or reach out for help.

Underage gambling
At Cloudbet, we do not accept players under the age of 18 to gamble on the Platform.
Underage gambling is illegal and no winnings will be paid to you if you are identified as someone who is underage.
Precautions should be taken when sharing devices with someone who is underage, such as:
- Always logging out of your gambling account and never leaving your devices unattended while logged in.
- Protecting your gambling account with a strong, unique password and avoid saving it on shared devices.
- Storing account information, payment cards, and digital wallets out of reach of children.
- Using tools like Gamban or BetBlocker to restrict access to gambling websites on devices used by children.
- Talking to your children about the risks of gambling and supervising their screen time.
