Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions may be presented in languages other than English. Any such translation is provided for reference only. In the event of any difference or conflict between the English version (accessible from the homepage of the Website) and a version in any other language, the English version prevails.
Agreement
2.1. By using the Website and/or opening an account with Cloudbet you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and you agree to comply with them. You are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Sportsbook Rules, our Bet Builder Rules, and Privacy Policy that are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any document incorporated by reference, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. These Terms and Conditions, together with the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cloudbet in relation to your use of the Website and supersede all prior representations, agreements, arrangements, or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and Cloudbet relating to their subject matter.
2.2. We may make amendments to these Terms and Conditions from time to time in order to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including any requirements of the Curaçao Gaming Authority. We review these Terms and Conditions periodically and update them as necessary. For this purpose, we distinguish between: (a) “Material Changes”, being any amendment that affects your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions in a fundamental and substantive way; and (b) “Non-Material Changes”, being minor, administrative, or clarificatory amendments.
2.2.1. For Non-Material Changes, we will publish the updated Terms and Conditions on the Website and passive notice (such as an updated “last modified” date) will be sufficient.
2.2.2. For Material Changes notice will be given by email to your registered email address and will include: (i) a reference to the specific clause(s) being amended; (ii) the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions; and (iii) a direct link to the updated Terms and Conditions.
2.2.3. Material Changes require your active re-acceptance before you may continue to place bets or otherwise use your account following the effective date.
2.2.4. Amendments will not apply retrospectively to bets or transactions concluded prior to the effective date of the relevant amendment, except where (i) the amendment does not prejudice you, or (ii) we are correcting a clear technical or contractual error.
2.3. If you do not agree to a Material Change, you must cease using the Website. You may request closure of your account in accordance with Clause 12, and any funds standing to the credit of your Account Balance (excluding any bonus funds forfeited in accordance with Clause 8 or Clause 9.15) will be returned to you in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
2.3.1. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions generally, including any document incorporated by reference, you must not use the Website or attempt to register with Cloudbet.
Suspension and Withdrawal of the Website
3.1. The Website is made available free of charge.
3.2. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Website for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
3.3. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions, and that they comply with them.
Transfer of these Terms and Conditions
4.1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under this Agreement.
Binding Declarations
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby represent and warrant that:
5.1. You are over (a) 18 or (b) such other legal age or age of majority as determined by any laws which are applicable to you, whichever age is greater.
5.2. You have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us and you are not restricted by any form of limited legal capacity.
5.3. You understand that by using our services you may lose cryptocurrency on bets placed and accept that you are fully responsible for any such loss.
5.4. You will not use our services while you are located in any jurisdiction where the placing or acceptance of online bets, or the playing of casino games, is prohibited, whether or not the bet or game involves cryptocurrency or fiat currency. You warrant that you are permitted, in the jurisdiction in which you are located, to use online sports betting and casino services.
5.5. You are not depositing cryptocurrency which originates from criminal and/or other illegal and/or unauthorised activities and/or intending to use your account in connection with such activities and that you shall not use and/or allow other persons to use the services provided by us and your account for any criminal and/or otherwise unlawful activities including, without limitation, money laundering, under any law applicable to you or us.
5.6. You will not use any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything of a similar nature) to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the proper functioning of the Website, our services, the sportsbook, our betting information or any transaction offered on the Website. In particular, you will not employ any artificial intelligence or other automated system designed to defeat Cloudbet’s systems, and you will not collude, or attempt to collude, with other players in order to defraud Cloudbet or its customers. This Clause 5.6 does not apply to your use of the API page:
When using the API be considerate. If the bet rejection rate on the betting API is too high (e.g. > 80% on your last 100 bets) your account will be flagged for abusive behaviour. You may get blocked for such time as it takes for us to conduct and complete integrity checks.
5.7. You are not an officer, director, employee, consultant, affiliate or agent of Cloudbet or working for any company related to Cloudbet, or a relative or spouse of any of the foregoing.
5.8. You are not diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler or consider yourself to be the same.
5.9. Cloudbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Our Responsible Gambling page – which sets out the tools and support available to you and provides access to independent support organisations – is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, please refer to that policy or contact Customer Support at support@cloudbet.com.

7.1.4. Cloudbet expressly prohibits and rejects the use of the Website for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing or trade sanctions violations, consistent with various jurisdictions' laws and regulations. The Website is not offered to individuals or entities subject to United States, European Union, United Nations or other sanctions or watchlists and you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any such sanctions or watchlists.

7.1.6. You agree to provide complete and accurate registration information to us. You agree to inform us promptly, in writing, of any changes to such information.

7.1.8. Registration will be conducted using secure server encryption.
7.1.9. You will inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your account or any calculations with respect to any bet you have placed. We reserve the right to declare null and void any bets that are the subject of such an error.
7.1.10. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs.
7.1.11. An account is considered dormant (“Dormant Account”) where no login, bet, deposit, or withdrawal activity has taken place for a continuous period of 12 months. Before classifying an account as dormant, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the email address and/or other contact details held on your account, to notify you of the impending dormant status and to invite you to log in or otherwise use your account. If you do not respond or resume activity within a reasonable period following that notice, we reserve the right to classify your account as a Dormant Account and to suspend it.
7.1.11.1. Once an account has been classified as a Dormant Account, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of USD5 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency) per month for so long as the account remains dormant, until either the account is reactivated or the Account Balance reaches zero, whichever occurs first. The fee will never reduce your Account Balance below zero, and will not be applied in respect of any period before your account was classified as dormant.
7.1.11.2. Funds held in a Dormant Account remain your property and, save for any dormancy fee charged in accordance with Clause 7.1.11.1, will not be forfeited. To reactivate a Dormant Account, please contact support@cloudbet.com. Where an account remains dormant and we are unable to make contact with you for an extended period, we may close the account in accordance with Clause 11.
7.1.12. Only one account per customer/IP/household/phone number verification is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen.
7.1.13. Account registration from .edu email addresses is prohibited.
7.2. Security
7.2.1. If you register with us via the Website, upon completion of registration, we will confirm by email to the email address you have supplied that your account is open.
7.2.2. On registration via the Website, you will be required to choose a password for use on the Website.
7.2.3. You agree to keep your password confidential and that you are responsible for any misuse of your password. You must not disclose your account details or password to any third party. Any losses suffered due to a third party using your account will not be refunded by us and further you shall have full responsibility for any third party using your account details and shall hold us harmless in respect of any damages arising.
7.2.4. You agree to inform us at once by email if you know or believe that your account information is being misused by a third party so that we may suspend your account.
7.2.5. We recommend that you disable any automatic password memory in your browser prior to use. This will help to limit the risk of unauthorised use of your account.
7.2.6. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3. Funds
7.3.1. We may, at our discretion, accept deposits and withdrawals in the following “Supported Coins”: BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, USDC, USDP, PAXG, DAI, DOGE, LTC, DASH, LINK, DOT, ADA, SOL, ALGO, AVAX, POL, SHIB, BNB, XLM, XRP, stETH, TRON, ZEC, TON, USDe, sUSDe and HBAR, and in fiat currency (each depending on your jurisdiction and the payment methods available to you).
7.3.2. Save as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, any winnings or prize money you receive will be credited to your account in the same currency (including the same cryptocurrency) in which the corresponding bet was placed.
7.3.3. PLAY EUR (PE1) bets are for testing wagers and product experience. Due to market conditions and operational costs, we cannot guarantee accurate settlements.
7.3.4. The details you will need to make your deposits are available on the Website in the Deposit pages.
7.3.5. We do not extend credit for the use of our services.
7.3.6. Cloudbet is not a banking institution. You will not be paid interest on any outstanding account balances.
7.3.7. Should your account become overdrawn due to a duplicate payment error, for example, if a withdrawal request being processed twice for whatever reason, you agree to fully reimburse Cloudbet for any such overdrawn amounts.
7.3.8. We reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs for deposits from any amount of cryptocurrency or fiat that you withdraw, if such costs exceed the net revenue generated by you from the date upon which you first deposit cryptocurrency or fiat with us.
7.3.9. Your Cloudbet wallet is intended solely for the proper use of Supported Coins. Under no circumstances should you attempt to use your Cloudbet wallet to store, send, request, or receive any cryptocurrency other than a Supported Coin. We assume no responsibility in connection with any attempt to use your Cloudbet wallet with cryptocurrencies that we do not support. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any unsupported cryptocurrency that is sent to your Cloudbet wallet. We reserve the right to terminate support for any particular Supported Coin at our sole discretion. If you have any questions about our current list of Supported Coins, please contact Customer Support at support@cloudbet.com.
7.3.10. Cloudbet may, at its sole discretion, suspend, remove, or take other action with respect to any cryptocurrency that is decommissioned, delisted, discontinued, or otherwise becomes non-functional or unsupported. Such action may include, without limitation, the conversion of the cryptocurrency to another Supported Coin to preserve the value of customer holdings.
7.3.11. We will not process any withdrawal to a cryptocurrency address that we may identify, using industry-standard blockchain analytics tools, as being sanctioned, blocked, associated with illicit activity, or otherwise flagged under our AML/KYC Policy (Clause 21). This may result in the suspension of your account in accordance with applicable sanctions laws.
7.4. Account Balance
7.4.1. Your “Account Balance” is the amount of real-money funds (whether in cryptocurrency or fiat currency) standing to the credit of your account at any time, excluding your Bonus Balance. Your “Bonus Balance” is the amount of bonus funds credited to your account that remains subject to an active wagering requirement. Our calculations of your Account Balance, your Bonus Balance and any amounts owed by you under these Terms and Conditions are final and, in the absence of manifest error, will not be subject to any enquiry or investigation.
7.5. Client Account Management
7.5.1. All winnings will be held for the use of your account following confirmation of the relevant result.
7.5.2. Any amounts which are mistakenly credited as winnings to your account remain the property of Cloudbet and will automatically be transferred from your account upon the error being detected. Any winnings mistakenly credited to your account yet withdrawn by you will constitute a debt owed by you to Cloudbet in the amount of such wrongfully attributed winnings.
7.5.3. You may withdraw any amount up to your Account Balance by issuing us with a valid notice of withdrawal in the manner specified in the Withdrawal page of our Website.
7.5.4. Unless announced specifically, Cloudbet does not support forked protocols, coins or tokens which supplement or interact with cryptocurrencies which we support. You should not use your Cloudbet account to attempt to receive, request, send, store, or engage in any type of transaction related to a fork. Cryptocurrencies may be subject to sudden changes in operating rules due to forks, and such forks may materially affect the function, value and/or the name of the cryptocurrency you store in your Cloudbet wallet. Where possible, we may provide you with notices or alerts on forks, and you must read such notices or alerts received from us in order that you may consider how to deal with upcoming forks. However, it is your sole responsibility to make yourself aware of and consider how to deal with forks. In the event of a fork, there is a risk that we may be required to temporarily suspend operations related to that fork without providing notice to you in advance. We reserve the right to decline support for either or both branches of a fork. You acknowledge the risks associated with forks and you accept that Cloudbet bears no responsibility to assist you to sell or move a branch of a forked protocol.
7.5.5. We will not accept withdrawal requests made otherwise than via the facilities provided in the My Account pages of the Website. Our employees and any agents are not authorised to effect movements of cryptocurrency in any other manner.
7.5.6. Payment of any taxes, fees, charges or levies that may apply to your winnings under any applicable laws shall be your sole responsibility.
7.5.7. Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and may be withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal policy and, where we require it under our AML/KYC Policy (Clause 21), upon provision of the following to our satisfaction:
a copy of valid photographic identification (passport, driver's license)
proof of address (recent utility bill)
credit/debit card to our satisfaction
photo of yourself containing proof of date and identification materials
7.5.8. If you wish to request a refund, you need to do so within the first 24 hours of the transaction in question for it to be considered (or within 30 calendar days if you claim that another person has gained access to your account).
7.5.9. If you’ve made credit card deposits to your account, we reserve the right to process all withdrawal requests up to the total amount of deposits as refunds, against the purchases made. If you’ve withdrawn more funds than what you have deposited, we’ll pay out any additional amounts via another payment option.
7.5.10. Prior to any amounts being processed, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be removed prior to calculation of the refund amount. If it’s the case where any credit card purchases are deemed to carry a bigger than necessary risk for security or legal reasons, by your payment processor or by Cloudbet, we will initiate refunds of the transactions in questions back to the card, and notify the appropriate authorities and parties.
7.5.11. Estimated processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and are set out in more detail on our Deposit and Withdrawal pages. In summary: (i) cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited following the number of network confirmations required for the relevant cryptocurrency; and (ii) cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 24-hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks. These are estimated timeframes only, and actual processing times may vary due to factors outside our control, including network congestion, processing times, and additional verification requirements.
7.6. Communication Features
7.6.1. Wherever the Website provides chat, messaging, comments or other communication features (including Pulse), you must not use those features to harass, threaten, abuse, defame or discriminate against any person, to post spam or unsolicited commercial content, to share content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of any third party, or to impersonate any person or entity. Clause 10.28 separately prohibits the sale, purchase or transfer of Cloudbet accounts.
7.6.2. We may monitor, log and record chat and messaging activity across the Website in order to detect and prevent collusion, fraud and breaches of this Clause 7.6, and may remove content, suspend messaging privileges or take action under Clause 11 in respect of any account found to be in breach.
Bonuses
8.1. Cloudbet reserves the right to cancel any bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to deposit bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, and the welcome bonus program) with immediate effect at its sole discretion. Cloudbet reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request and to deduct funds from your Account Balance if a player is found or suspected to be abusing a bonus offer or has received a bonus that was set up incorrectly. Cloudbet reserves the right to exclude players from any rewards scheme (including, but not limited to the Loyalty Club) with immediate effect at its sole discretion. Any player or group of players suspected of placing syndicate bets and with irregular staking patterns are ineligible for the Loyalty Club.
8.2. If any promotion clause is breached, or there is evidence of multiple bets being placed by a customer due to free bets, risk-free bets, deposit bonus, or any other promotional offer that results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, Cloudbet reserves the right to recoup the bonus amount.
8.3. You must not use, or attempt to use, any method, tool or behaviour that provides an improper advantage while a bonus is active, including: (i) delaying game rounds, free spins or bonus features until after wagering requirements are completed; (ii) leaving unresolved or “parked” bets and returning to settle them once wagering is finished; (iii) using bonus funds to build in-game value and then cashing out that value with real-money play; and (iv) exploiting software bugs, malfunctions or unintended game behaviour (together, “Bonus Abuse”). Where Cloudbet reasonably determines that Bonus Abuse has occurred, it may void the bonus and any related winnings and may take further action under Clause 11.
8.4. Welcome Package
8.4.1. The Welcome Package is a 30-day reward program for new users.
8.4.2. The Welcome Package is available to users who registered on or after 08:00 (UTC) on 2 January 2025 and who have not received a different sign-up offer. It is activated by your first deposit of any amount. The 30-day period starts when you place your first bet after that deposit.
8.4.3. The Welcome Package of up to $2,500 is earned incrementally from your casino and sports bets through a combination of Rakeback, Daily Cash Drops and Weekly Sports Cash Drops, as set out below. The current rates, splits and timings are shown on the Welcome Package page and in the Help Centre.
8.4.3.1. Rakeback is the return of a percentage of the house edge on every eligible casino bet, win or lose. For this Welcome Package, you receive 10% of the house edge back on each eligible casino bet, as determined at Cloudbet’s sole discretion. Part of each Rakeback amount is credited directly to your account and the remainder is added to your Rewards Calendar. Sports bets do not earn Rakeback.
8.4.3.2. Daily Cash Drops are cash rewards based on your casino betting activity on the previous day. They unlock each day at 00:00 (UTC). The amount is determined at Cloudbet’s sole discretion based on your betting activity. Part of each Daily Cash Drop is credited directly to your account and the remainder is added to your Rewards Calendar.
8.4.3.3. Weekly Sports Cash Drops are cash rewards based on your sports betting activity in the previous week (Friday 00:00 to Friday 00:00, UTC). They unlock each Friday at 00:00 (UTC). The amount is determined at Cloudbet’s sole discretion based on your betting activity. During the Welcome Package, part of each Weekly Sports Cash Drop is credited to your account when you claim it and the remainder is added to your Cash Vault.
8.4.3.4. When the Welcome Package ends, the balance of your Cash Vault, together with any Welcome Package rewards that have unlocked and have not yet been claimed or forfeited, is credited directly to your account.
8.4.3.5. Amounts added to your Rewards Calendar unlock at 00:00 (UTC). You must claim each amount within 24 hours of it unlocking. Any amount that you do not claim within that time will be forfeited.
8.4.4. The Welcome Package is only valid for up to 30 days from your first bet following your first deposit.
8.4.5. The Welcome Package ends 30 days after your first bet following your first deposit or upon you reaching the $2,500 Welcome Package cap, whichever comes first.
8.4.6. Sports bet conditions: sports bets do not earn Rakeback. Sports bets must be settled to count towards Weekly Sports Cash Drops.
8.4.7. Rewards are calculated in USDT and paid in your active currency.
8.4.8. The Welcome Package is non-transferable.
Terms and Conditions of Promotional Bonuses
8.5. The bonus wagering contribution of bets placed on certain casino games can vary:
Slot and arcade games (e.g. Plinko, Dice) with a Return to Player (“RTP”) above 99.5% contribute a flat 10% to the wagering requirements.
Live Table Games and Virtual Table Games contribute 10% to the wagering requirements.
For Slots and arcade games with an RTP of 99.5% or below, the wagering contribution percentage is calculated by Cloudbet according to that game’s RTP.
The wagering contribution percentage applicable to each game will typically be displayed below that game’s details on the Website and shown in an alert banner beneath the game window whenever you are playing with bonus funds.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the games listed here do not contribute towards wagering requirements.
8.6. Cloudbet reserves the right to amend, update, or vary the wagering contribution percentages and the list of games referenced in Clause 8.5 at any time.
8.7. No deposit is required to claim a no-deposit cash bonus. Winnings from a no-deposit cash bonus can only be withdrawn once you have completed the wagering requirement for that bonus and any other withdrawal conditions, such as a minimum deposit, that are stated in the offer.
8.8. Save as expressly set out in this Clause 8 in respect of bonus funds and bonus winnings, deposited funds that are not subject to any active bonus or wagering requirement may be withdrawn in accordance with Clause 7.5, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Before you can make a withdrawal, you must wager at least the total amount of your deposits (a 100% playthrough). Cloudbet may reduce this requirement at its discretion.
8.9. If you forfeit a bonus, you will also forfeit any pending winnings accrued whilst wagering that bonus.
8.10. Cloudbet may set a maximum stake per gaming round for bets placed with bonus funds, as stated in the offer. Where Cloudbet reasonably determines that you have used a staking pattern designed to clear wagering requirements with little or no risk, or otherwise to gain an improper advantage from a bonus, it may treat this as Bonus Abuse under Clause 8.3.
Casino Free Bets
8.11. Casino Free Bets can be accessed from the Reward Games section of the Evolution Live Casino Lobby.
8.12. Casino Free Bets can only be used on the games they were assigned on.
8.13. Casino Free Bets are displayed as Reward Games funds whilst playing. If you do not have the required Reward Games funds to place the minimum bet, the Reward Game ends and the remaining Reward Games funds will automatically be forfeited.
8.14. Casino Free Bet winnings are credited once all the Reward Games funds have been used and the last betting round has ended. Unless the offer states that winnings are paid as real money, winnings are credited as a bonus subject to wagering requirements.
8.15. The maximum amount you can win from Casino Free Bets is set for each offer and is shown in the offer.
8.16. All Casino Free Bets have an expiry time that is displayed on the My Profile page (opened when clicking on the user icon) and the Reward Games section of the Evolution Live Casino Lobby.
8.17. By accepting, activating, claiming or otherwise participating in any promotion, bonus, reward or special offer made available by Cloudbet, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, bonus, reward or special offer, as displayed or otherwise made available to you at the time of acceptance or activation. Such specific terms and conditions form part of these Terms and Conditions and apply in addition to the general Terms and Conditions. Where you do not agree to the applicable promotional terms, you must not accept, activate, claim or participate in the relevant promotion, bonus, reward or special offer.
Loyalty Club Terms
9.1. The Loyalty Club has eight tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Blue Diamond. Your tier is based on your lifetime turnover, which is the total amount of your eligible Real Money Bets since you opened your account. The turnover needed for each tier and level is shown in the Help Centre.
9.2. A “Real Money Bet” is any bet made using funds (whether fiat currency or cryptocurrency) available in your real money balance.
9.3. A “Bonus Bet” is any bet made using bonus funds or free bets that are subject to wagering requirements.
9.4. Only Real Money Bets contribute towards tier progression.
9.5. Loyalty rewards can consist of Rakeback, TURBO, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cash Drops, Weekly Sports Cash Drops and Level-Up Bonuses. Loyalty rewards are paid as cash and are not subject to wagering requirements.
9.5.1. Rakeback is the return of a percentage of the house edge on every eligible casino bet, win or lose. Sports bets do not earn Rakeback.
9.5.2. TURBO is a temporary increase to your Rakeback rate. It starts when you claim a reward from your Rewards Calendar. The size and duration of the increase depend on your tier. TURBO applies to casino bets only.
9.5.3. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cash Drops are cash rewards based on your casino betting activity in the previous day, week (starting on Monday) or calendar month, in each case in UTC. The amount is determined at Cloudbet’s sole discretion. Weekly and Monthly Cash Drops are available from the Silver tier.
9.5.4. Weekly Sports Cash Drops are cash rewards based on your sports betting activity in the previous week (Friday 00:00 to Friday 00:00, UTC). The amount is determined at Cloudbet’s sole discretion.
9.5.5. Level-Up Bonuses are cash rewards paid when you reach a new level within your tier. Level-Up Bonuses do not expire.
9.5.6. Part of some rewards is credited directly to your account when you claim them, and the remainder is added to your Rewards Calendar. Rewards Calendar amounts unlock at 00:00 (UTC). You must claim each reward and each Rewards Calendar amount within the claim period shown for it, or it will be forfeited.
9.5.7. The current rates, splits, durations and claim periods for each tier are shown in the Help Centre. Cloudbet may change them at any time.
9.5.8. You may be required to verify your phone number before you can claim rewards. Rewards are calculated in USDT and paid in your active currency.
9.6. Loyalty Tier progress and tier rewards can be viewed in the Account profile.
9.7. When you have an active bonus, your gameplay will not contribute towards the Loyalty Club, and Bonus Bets do not earn loyalty rewards or count towards tier progression.
9.8. Selected games are excluded from the Loyalty Club offer, and betting on those games does not earn loyalty rewards or count towards tier progression. The list of excluded games can be found here.
9.9. Loyalty progression is the same for all currencies and all eligible casino and sports gameplay contributes towards Loyalty Club progression. Sports bets count once they are settled. Void bets do not count.
9.10. Your tier is based on your lifetime turnover and does not go down. Once you reach a tier, you keep it.
9.11. If you receive loyalty rewards or turnover in error, then Cloudbet reserves the right to remove them.
9.12. If a game is found to be configured incorrectly, Cloudbet reserves the right to remove loyalty rewards or turnover that were incorrectly accumulated and will make best effort to re-credit at the correct rate.
9.13. If you are found to be exploiting the Loyalty Club, Cloudbet reserves the right to remove you from the club.
9.14. Any tier rewards can be canceled at any point without notice.
9.15. All bonuses and rewards are forfeited in the event that your account is suspended, terminated and/or closed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
General Betting Rules
10.1. A bet can only be placed by a registered account holder. Cloudbet accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only.
10.2. A bet can only be placed over the internet.
10.3. You can only place a bet if you have sufficient cryptocurrency or fiat currency in your account with Cloudbet.
10.4. The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions valid and available on the Website at the time of the bet being accepted.
10.5. Any pay-out of a winning bet is credited to your account, consisting of the stake multiplied by the odds at which the bet was placed.
10.6. Where a bet pay-out has been credited to your account in error, Cloudbet may adjust that pay-out, and Clause 7.5.2 applies to any amount that has already been withdrawn.
10.7. If the odds for a pre-live market move in your favour between the time that a bet on that market is submitted and the time that it is accepted by Cloudbet, the bet will be accepted at the odds that are more favourable to you.
10.8. A bet, which has been placed and accepted, cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled by you.
10.9. The list of all the bets, their status and details are available to you on the Website.
10.10. When you place a bet you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, the Sportsbook Rules, and Bet Builder Rules regarding the bet as stated on the Website.
10.11. Cloudbet manages your account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proven otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
10.12. You are fully responsible for the bets placed.
10.13. Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed in accordance with Clause 10.17. Cloudbet may set aside any winnings where an investigation arises from a suspicion of criminal activity that may have affected the result, and may void any related bets if an irregularity is confirmed.
10.14. Should Cloudbet become aware that you have placed a number of bets from different accounts you have irregularly opened, or that you have acted in collusion with one or more other individuals through a number of different Cloudbet accounts to back the same combination of selections (regardless of whether or not such bets are struck separately, at a range of different prices or on different days) all bets will be voidable at the unfettered discretion of Cloudbet. Cloudbet retains the right to take further action as it deems necessary, in addition to any action taken under Clause 11.
10.15. If bets, which exceed the stated maximum bet amounts, are erroneously accepted by Cloudbet, the excess amount will be disregarded and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to you.
10.16. You hereby confirm that you are not part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the Sportsbook Rules, our Bet Builder Rules, these Terms and Conditions or any other rules of Cloudbet.
10.17. Unless otherwise stated, all bets on Cloudbet are settled according to the result of a game/match declared by the official governing body of such sport or activity.
10.18. Statistics, live scores, live betting or editorial text published on the Website is added information and Cloudbet does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the information is incorrect. It is your responsibility to be aware about all circumstances relating to an event and to independently verify all information published on the Website.
10.19. If a match does not start on the scheduled starting date or starts but is later postponed and/or abandoned and is not completed (resumed) by the end of the next calendar date, all bets will be void except for any bets placed on markets which have been unconditionally determined, which will stand. Some markets have different rules and these are listed under each sport/market on the Website.
10.20. Cloudbet reserves the right to declare a bet void, totally or partially, if it is obvious that:
bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted due to an error;
bets have been made at odds that are clearly wrong and stand out from odds offered by other gaming companies;
bets have been placed after the event has started or after any deadline set by Cloudbet (live betting excluded where permitted by Cloudbet);
syndicate betting has occurred;
influence betting, where you have influenced the outcome of the match in any way, has occurred;
the result has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal actions;
the odds on any wager have been clearly manipulated; and/or
bets have been placed from a jurisdiction listed in Clause 7.1.3.
10.21. All results posted are final 72 hours after they are posted, and no queries will be entertained after that period. Within that 72-hour period, Cloudbet will only reset or correct a result where there has been human error, system error or a mistake made by the referring results source.
10.22. If a bet / event is declared void, it will be evaluated as “won” at odds 1.0, which means it is still possible to win or lose depending on the remaining bets.
10.23. Cloudbet reserves the right to adopt special rules, applicable for particular matches or events that may be contradictory to the Sportsbook Rules or our Bet Builder Rules. Such special rules may be published in conjunction with published odds for particular matches and/or events.
10.24. Communication errors do occasionally happen. The way our system works is that the bet is confirmed only when it is received on our servers. Should there be a break in communication after you place your bet and it has been received on our servers it will still participate in the active game. You will be informed whether you have won or lost once communication is re-established. If the bet is not received on our servers then it will not participate and the bet amount will not be taken from your account.
10.25. If you are unsatisfied with any matter relating to a bet with Cloudbet, please notify Cloudbet within 30 days after the transaction has occurred. Notification made after such 30 day period will be disregarded. Such a notification shall be made in writing. In the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the result that appears on your device and the results in the transaction logs in our system, you agree that the results in our system’s transaction logs as certified by an officer of Cloudbet shall be final, conclusive and binding.
10.26. You confirm and accept that you will be adequately informed of your possible cryptocurrency exposure by the details provided on the online betting confirmation issued by us (if you are in any doubt about this, you should contact Customer Support at support@cloudbet.com).
10.27. You accept that any cryptocurrency lost under any bet will not in any circumstances be recoverable from Cloudbet.
10.28. You must not engage in any conduct that is designed to circumvent, undermine, or exploit Cloudbet’s systems, limits, policies, or terms, whether acting alone or in coordination with others. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Soliciting, encouraging, facilitating, or participating in the sale, transfer, acquisition, or lending of Cloudbet accounts (whether your own or another player’s) for any purpose, including the circumvention of betting limits, bonus restrictions, or verification requirements;
Using, accessing, or acting through another player’s account (or allowing another person to use yours) in order to place bets, claim bonuses, or conduct activity that would otherwise be restricted under your own account;
Coordinating with other players to exploit limits, thresholds, or promotions by distributing activity across multiple accounts;
Engaging in any deceptive, manipulative, or bad-faith behaviour toward Cloudbet, its staff, or other players, including making false representations about account ownership, identity, or intent.
10.29. Where Cloudbet reasonably suspects a breach of clause 10.28, it reserves the right to void all related bets, suspend or permanently close any affected accounts, forfeit balances, and take such further action as it deems appropriate, including reporting the matter to relevant authorities.
10.30. All casino, slot, and other Random Number Generator (‘RNG’)-based games offered on the Website use RNGs that are independently tested for fairness and randomness by accredited testing laboratories. For fixed-odds sports betting, live dealer, and other non-RNG products, results are determined in accordance with Clause 10.17 (results determined by the official governing body) and Clause 10.21 (result correction window), and any discrepancies - including in live dealer games - are resolved in accordance with those Clauses and Clause 15.2 (live dealer human error).
Cancellations, Suspensions and Closure
11.1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and withhold and/or retain any and all amounts which would otherwise have been paid or payable to you (including any winnings) at our absolute discretion if: (i) we suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using our Website; (ii) we suspect you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) we suspect you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business; or (iv) we suspect that you are using or have used the Website in an unfair manner or have intentionally cheated or taken unfair advantage of Cloudbet or its third party providers; or (v) you fail to complete any identity verification (KYC) or other due diligence procedures requested by us within the timeframe we specify.
11.2. Irrespective of whether we suspend and/or terminate an account and notwithstanding any other provisions in these Terms and Conditions, we may decide to cancel and void any outstanding bets at our absolute discretion where (i) there is a technological failure, or (ii) you or another customer with whom you have bet have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
11.3. Cloudbet may close your account and, subject to applicable law, refund your Account Balance without further explanation. Subject to any provision of these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, outstanding bets will ordinarily be honoured. Our right to suspend or withdraw all or any part of the Website is set out in Clause 3.2.
Account Closure by You
12.1. You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to Customer Support at support@cloudbet.com, or via the account settings area of the Website where this facility is available, stating that you wish to close your account.
12.2. We will acknowledge receipt of your closure request promptly and will use reasonable endeavours to process the closure as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, subject to: (i) settlement of any bets or wagers pending at the time of your request; (ii) completion of any outstanding identity verification required under our AML/KYC Policy; and (iii) resolution of any pending disputes, chargebacks, or suspected breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
12.3. Upon confirmation of closure, we will return any remaining Account Balance (excluding any non-cashable bonus funds forfeited in accordance with Clause 8 or Clause 9.15) to you in accordance with Clause 7.
12.4. If you wish to close your account because of concerns about your gambling behaviour, please refer to our Responsible Gambling page, which sets out additional protections and cooling-off or self-exclusion options available to you.
Applicable Thresholds
13.1. You may only place bets with a minimum stake of 0.0000001 cryptocurrency or equivalent in fiat in odds betting. In some cases, the minimum may be higher.
13.2. The maximum stake is dependent on the amount Cloudbet accepts at the time of your bet. If a bet amount is higher than the automatic acceptance level set out on the mini bet list offered from time to time on the Website (such amount is subject to change without prior notice), such bet will be manually reviewed and approved or declined and we reserve the right to decline any bet that is being manually approved. Any bet that has not been manually approved before the game has started is voided in full. You have the right to void any bet that is subject to manual approval until such bet has been accepted by Cloudbet.
13.3. You may not place a bet that exceeds your Account Balance at the time of placing the bet.
13.4. The maximum parlay, accumulator, combo bet or multi payout is limited to €1,000,000.

14.1. Pulse is a social, statistical and community engagement feature of the Website. This Clause 14 applies, in addition to the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, to your access to and use of Pulse and to any Pulse content relating to your account. In the event of any inconsistency between this Clause 14 and any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, this Clause 14 prevails in respect of Pulse.
14.2. Pulse may display, publish, promote, aggregate, rank, compare, analyse or otherwise showcase information relating to user betting activity, gameplay performance, achievements, trends, statistics and related content. 14.3. Pulse content does not constitute financial, investment, betting, trading or professional advice of any kind, and does not guarantee or represent future results or profitability. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. The inclusion of any user, account, statistic or ranking within Pulse does not constitute endorsement, certification, verification, accreditation or any representation by Cloudbet that a user possesses superior skill, expertise, reliability, profitability or likelihood of future success. You must not rely on Pulse content when making wagering or financial decisions.
14.4. Pulse is a public feature of the Website. By using Pulse you acknowledge and agree that information associated with your account, activity, profile and participation may be publicly visible to other users and visitors of the Website, to social media and streaming audiences, to marketing and promotional audiences, and to third party media, sponsorship and commercial audiences. 14.5. You grant Cloudbet and its affiliates, licensors, successors, assigns, sponsorship partners, promotional partners, media partners, ambassadors, agencies and service providers a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, perform, distribute, adapt, edit, modify, translate, transmit and otherwise exploit the information described in Clause 14.4 and your other Pulse-related content, for any promotional, commercial, advertising, marketing, editorial, public relations, analytics, audience engagement, sponsorship or business operations purpose, in any format or media now known or later developed, including on the Website, within Pulse feeds, widgets and dashboards, on social media and streaming platforms, in digital and broadcast advertising, and in videos, livestreams, interviews, podcasts and third party publications. You waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any moral rights, publicity rights or similar rights relating to such use.
14.6. You are solely responsible for all usernames, aliases, display names, profile information, avatars and other content you post or associate with your account through Pulse. You must not select, use or post any username, alias or profile content that contains your real name or other personally identifying information, impersonates another individual or entity, infringes intellectual property or other legal rights, is misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or offensive, promotes illegal activity, or creates a false impression of affiliation with, or endorsement by, Cloudbet. Clause 7.6 governs your use of the Pulse comments feature. Comments are publicly visible and may be used in the manner described in Clauses 14.4 and 14.5.
14.7. Pulse rankings, calculations, statistics and methodologies are generated algorithmically using internal methodologies determined solely by Cloudbet. Cloudbet may at any time and without notice create, modify, suspend or discontinue rankings or methodologies; exclude certain users, wagers, markets, jurisdictions or activities from calculations; adjust or recalculate statistics; correct errors, omissions or inaccuracies; apply filters, weighting systems, thresholds or eligibility requirements; and remove or reset leaderboard data. Cloudbet does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, availability or uninterrupted operation of Pulse or any Pulse content. Determinations made by Cloudbet in relation to Pulse are final.
14.8. Cloudbet may, at its discretion and without notice, edit, modify, censor, anonymise, suspend, restrict or remove any username, alias, profile content, comment or Pulse participation, assign substitute display identifiers, and remove or recalculate rankings and statistics. Cloudbet is under no obligation to publish, maintain or continue displaying any Pulse content.
14.9. Without limiting Clauses 5.6, 7.6, 10.28, 10.29, 11.1 and 16, Cloudbet may suspend, restrict, exclude or permanently remove any user, account, content or activity from Pulse where it reasonably suspects conduct of a kind described in those Clauses, any attempt to manipulate Pulse rankings or statistics, or any other conduct creating legal, commercial, reputational or operational risk. Cloudbet may investigate and take such action without prior notice.
14.10. Pulse is intended solely as a social and entertainment feature. Cloudbet does not represent or imply that gambling is a guaranteed source of income, a financial strategy, a form of investment or a reliable method of achieving financial success. Cloudbet may limit or remove the visibility of users or rankings, anonymise or suppress statistics, restrict access to Pulse features, or disable Pulse entirely, for responsible gambling, compliance, player protection, legal, regulatory, operational or reputational reasons.
14.11. You may opt out of future public Pulse visibility and promotional use by adjusting your account settings where that facility is available, or by contacting Customer Support at support@cloudbet.com. On processing an opt-out request, Cloudbet will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove you from future public Pulse rankings and displays and to cease future promotional use of your Pulse-related identifiers. Opt-out requests are not retroactive, may require a reasonable processing period, and may not apply to historical, archived, cached, indexed, mirrored, redistributed or previously published content. Cloudbet may continue to retain and process Pulse-related information for legal and regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, responsible gambling purposes, internal analytics and recordkeeping obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14.12. Pulse content may be searchable, indexable, cached, archived, screen-captured, copied, reposted, shared, discussed or redistributed by third parties beyond Cloudbet’s control. Cloudbet is not responsible for any such republication and, once content has been publicly displayed through Pulse, Cloudbet cannot guarantee its complete removal from the internet or from third party systems.
14.13. Clause 18 applies to Pulse, including all software, systems, algorithms, methodologies, rankings, layouts, graphics, branding, databases and content forming part of it. No ownership rights in Pulse are transferred to you and, without limiting Clauses 5.6 and 18.1, you must not scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit Pulse content without Cloudbet’s prior written consent.
14.14. Without limiting Clause 15, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Cloudbet nor its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors or service providers will be liable for any reputational harm, embarrassment, harassment, wagering losses, lost profits, business interruption, emotional distress or other direct, indirect or consequential loss arising out of or relating to participation in Pulse, the publication or republication of Pulse content, reliance on Pulse rankings or statistics, errors or inaccuracies in Pulse content, or the operation, suspension or discontinuation of Pulse.
Limitations of Liability
15.1. Cloudbet does not assume any liability for transmission, input and/or analysis errors. Cloudbet, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to correct any obvious errors and mistakes concerning published odds and/or events/players/teams/etc. If not otherwise stated, such published odds and/or events/players/teams/etc will have odds of 1.00.
15.2. In respect of live dealer games, Cloudbet will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of results communicated by the live dealer and recorded by the gaming platform. Where a discrepancy arises between the outcome announced by a live dealer and the outcome recorded by the gaming system due to human error, the result recorded by the gaming system shall prevail, and any affected bets will be settled, voided, or corrected in accordance with Clause 10.21. Cloudbet's liability in respect of any such human error is limited in accordance with this Clause 15.
15.3. Where an error occurs in the gaming software, pay tables, random number generator, or live dealer presentation of any casino, or other non-sportsbook product, Cloudbet reserves the right to declare void, correct, or adjust any affected bets or results in order to reflect the correct odds, pay table, or outcome, and will notify affected players of any such correction. Any winnings resulting from such an error will be adjusted in accordance with Clause 7.5.2.
15.4. Under no circumstances will Cloudbet be liable for any damage caused by any incorrect, delayed, or abusive transfer of data via the internet. Cloudbet is permitted to commence any technologically reasonable action to protect customer information, but will not be liable and will not take responsibility if third parties obtain control of, any process, or user information despite such action. No claims for damages may be asserted against Cloudbet, in any such circumstances.
15.5. Please note that we only provide the Website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Website for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Robots and Other Artificial Intelligence Systems
16.1. You must not use any automated software or computer system, directly or indirectly, in conjunction with the services provided by Cloudbet, including by sending information from your computer to another computer on which software or systems designed to give you an unfair advantage are installed and active.
16.2. If you contravene, or we reasonably suspect that you have contravened, Clause 5.6 or Clause 16.1, we may at our absolute discretion void all of your bets and permanently block your account.
Force Majeure
17.1. Any failure or delay in performance by Cloudbet in respect of its obligations of service shall not be deemed a breach of its obligations to you as customer if such failure or delay is deemed by Cloudbet to be caused by force majeure, which shall include but not be limited to flood, fire, earthquake, or any other element of nature, act of war, riots or terrorist attack, public utility electrical failure, lockouts and strikes, delays or disruptions of the Internet and telecommunications networks caused by human or nature factor, or any other such event beyond the reasonable control of Cloudbet.
17.2. Cloudbet will not accept any liability for any consequences arising out of any such force majeure events.

18.2. All trademarks presented on the Website, including, but not limited to trade names and other symbols are protected by international trademark laws. It is strictly prohibited to use them in any way without the prior written consent of Cloudbet.
18.3. If you print off, copy or download any part of the Website in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
Viruses and Harmful Material
19.1. We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
19.2. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.

AI Assistant Disclaimer
20.1. Any information, guidance or response provided by Cloudbet’s AI Assistant is for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You should not rely on any response from Cloudbet’s AI Assistant as definitive or binding. It is your responsibility to verify any information before acting on it, including by consulting these Terms and Conditions, the Sportsbook Rules or the Bet Builder Rules, or by contacting Customer Support at support@cloudbet.com where appropriate. AML/KYC Policy
Cloudbet's Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy (the “AML/KYC Policy”) is designed to prevent and mitigate the risk of Cloudbet being involved in any kind of illegal activity.
The goal of the AML/KYC Policy is to ensure there are effective internal procedures and mechanisms to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, drug/human trafficking, corruption, and bribery and to take action in case of any form of suspicious activity by our customers.
The AML/KYC Policy covers the following matters: (a) verification procedures; (b) sanctions and PEP list screening; (c) the Compliance Officer; (d) monitoring of transactions; and (e) risk assessment.
21.1. Verification procedures. One of the international standards for preventing illegal activity is customer due diligence (“CDD”). According to CDD, Cloudbet establishes its own verification procedures within the standards of anti-money laundering and “Know Your Customer” frameworks.
21.1.1. Our identity verification procedure requires customers to provide reliable, independent source documents, data, or information (e.g., national ID, international passport, bank statement, utility bill). For such purposes we reserve the right to collect a customer’s identification information for the AML/KYC Policy purposes.
For corporate customers, the minimum evidence includes at least two of the following items:
Original or certified copy of the certificate of incorporation and memorandum and articles of association,
Company registry search
Latest audited financial statements
Independent data sources, and
Personal visit to principal place of business
21.1.2. In circumstances where information is not already publicly available, minimum requirements are to verify the identity of directors or similar persons who have authority to operate a relationship or give instructions concerning the use/transfer of assets. Beneficial owners must be identified including at a minimum, those holding 25% or more interest in the capital of the entity extending to those with a material interest depending on the risk profile. Reasonable measures must also be taken to obtain verification documentation depending upon the risk profile of the entity. Where non face-to-face identification and verification is carried out, a certified copy of the identification documentation is required (by a notary public or other qualified professional able to legally certify documents).
21.1.3. For individual customers, we have contracted with Sumsub to provide automated KYC verification. These services include ID verification to ensure an ID is authentic and has not been altered and identity verification to ensure the customer is the individual they purport to be.
21.1.4. We will take steps to confirm the authenticity of documents and information provided by all customers. All legal methods for double-checking identification information will be used and we reserve the right to investigate any customers who have been determined to be risky or suspicious.
21.1.5. We reserve the right to verify a customer's identity on an ongoing basis, including but not limited to situations where their identification information has been changed or their activity appears suspicious or unusual. Identity verification will be required when cumulative deposits reach or exceed USD 2,200. We also reserve the right to request up-to-date documentation from customers at any time, even if they have previously passed identity verification. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted, and funds may be locked, pending successful completion of verification procedures.
21.1.6. Customers who are intended to use payment cards in connection with our services have to pass card verification in accordance with the requirements of our card processing vendors.
21.1.7. Where you request closure of your account, we will not require you to provide any identification or verification documentation beyond that which was originally requested from you during the KYC process applicable at account opening or during the lifetime of your account, save where additional information is strictly necessary to comply with our obligations under applicable AML/CFT laws and regulations, or where required to complete a withdrawal already in progress.
21.2. Enhanced measures are required for those potential customers deemed to be of higher risk. This might take into account factors such as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) risk, client not physically present for identification purposes, correspondent banking relationships, jurisdictional risk, and types of activity. Additional due diligence, enhanced scrutiny, and monitoring is required on all accounts that have links with PEPs but particularly those with links to countries that are vulnerable to corruption. Statutory requirements specifically identify correspondent banking relationships as a trigger for enhanced measures. Specific measures include obtaining further identification information, commissioning due diligence reports from independent experts, and requiring higher levels of management approval for new customers.
21.3. The Compliance Officer is the person, duly authorised by Cloudbet, whose duty is to ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of the AML/KYC Policy. It is the Compliance Officer’s responsibility to supervise all aspects of Cloudbet's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, including but not limited to:
Ensuring the collection of customer’s identification information
Establishing and updating internal policies and procedures for the completion, review, submission and retention of all reports and records required under the applicable laws and regulations
Monitoring transactions and investigating any significant deviations from normal activity
Implementing a records management system for appropriate storage and retrieval of documents, files, forms, and logs
Updating risk assessment regularly
Providing law enforcement with information as required under the applicable laws and regulations
21.3.1. The Compliance Officer is entitled to interact with law enforcement, which are involved in prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal activity.
21.4. The customers are known not only by verifying their identity (who they are) but, more importantly, by analysing their transactional patterns (what they do). Therefore, Cloudbet relies on data analysis as a risk-assessment and suspicion detection tool. Cloudbet performs a variety of compliance-related tasks, including capturing data, filtering, record-keeping, investigation management, and reporting.
With regard to the AML/KYC Policy, Cloudbet will monitor all transactions and it reserves the right to:
- Ensure that transactions of suspicious nature are reported to the proper law enforcement through the Compliance Officer
- Request the customer to provide any additional information and documents in case of suspicious transactions
- Suspend or terminate a customer’s account where Cloudbet has a reasonable suspicion that the customer has engaged in illegal activity
The above list is not exhaustive, and the Compliance Officer will monitor customers’ transactions on a day-to-day basis in order to define whether such transactions are to be reported and treated as suspicious or are to be treated as bona fide.
21.5. Cloudbet has adopted a risk-based approach to combating money laundering and terrorist financing. By adopting a risk-based approach, Cloudbet is able to ensure that measures to prevent or mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing are commensurate to the identified risks. This will allow resources to be allocated in the most efficient manner. The principle is that resources should be directed in accordance with priorities so that the greatest risks receive the highest attention.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
22.1. If you wish to raise a complaint, you must first submit the complaint to Customer Support at support@cloudbet.com and provide all relevant details regarding the matter. In addition to the provisions of Clause 7.5 of these Terms and Conditions the following applies on your account:

23.6. If your Account Balance exceeds (i) the limit of accepted prepayments, or (ii) the amount you regularly use for placing a bet on the Website (in each case, either due to prepayments made by you or due to winnings credited to your account), you will withdraw any excess Account Balance within sixty (60) days unless used for betting on the Website.
