Last Football Hero: Chicken Scramble Tournament Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms\ 1.1 By participating in the tournament ("Tournament"), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Tournament Terms and Conditions ("Rules") and Cloudbet's Terms of Service.\ 1.2 In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Rules and Cloudbet's Terms of Service, Cloudbet's Terms of Service shall prevail.
2. Tournament Entry\ 2.1 Entry is open to all eligible Cloudbet account holders who meet the requirements set out in Cloudbet's Terms of Service.\ 2.2 To participate, entrants must place a paid wager using real money on the Last Football Hero game available on the Cloudbet platform during the Tournament Period.\ 2.3 Only real-money wagers qualify for the accumulation of tournament points. Wagers placed using free spins, bonus funds, promotional credits, or any other non-cash balance will not qualify.\ 2.4 Wagers placed on any game other than Last Football Hero are excluded and will not earn tournament points.\ 2.5 Cloudbet reserves the right to determine, amend, or update the list of eligible games at any time.
3. Tournament Period\ 3.1 The Tournament will start on August 26, 07:00 UTC and end on September 1, 06:59 UTC (the "Tournament Period").\ 3.2 Cloudbet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Tournament Period, suspend, or cancel the Tournament at any time, with or without prior notice.
4. Scoring System\ 4.1 Entrants accumulate tournament points based on the amount wagered on Last Football Hero throughout the Tournament Period. The eligible game is limited to Cloudbet's Last Football Hero.\ 4.2 Only wagers that meet the minimum bet requirement of $1.00 USD (or equivalent) will qualify for scoring.\ 4.3 During gameplay, a chicken will randomly appear and run across the pitch. This is not tied to any bonus round and is not triggered by the entrant's wager. If the entrant successfully hits the chicken, the wager placed in that round will count double toward their tournament score. If the chicken is blocked, missed, or does not appear at all, the wager will count once, at its full value.\ 4.4 In the event that multiple entrants achieve the same accumulated score, the entrant who reached that score first will be ranked higher on the leaderboard.\ 4.5 Cloudbet will track and record all eligible wagers, scoring events, and tournament scores, and such records shall be final and binding.
5. Prizes\ 5.1 Only the fifty (50) entrants on the leaderboard at the conclusion of the Tournament will be declared winners and be eligible to receive prizes ("Rewards").\ 5.2 Rewards will be awarded based on the final leaderboard ranking, as follows: 1st place: $2,800, 2nd place: $2,000, 3rd place: $1,500, 4th place: $1,000, 5th place: $700, 6th–10th place: $400 each, 11th–20th place: $325 each, 21st–35th place: $250 each, 36th–50th place: $200 each.\ 5.3 In addition to the leaderboard Rewards set out in Rule 5.2, three (3) entrants will be selected at random from among those ranked 11th to 50th on the final leaderboard, each of whom will receive an additional bonus prize of $500. Random selection will take place after the Tournament Period ends, and Cloudbet's selection process and results shall be final and binding.\ 5.4 Rewards will be paid in USDT.\ 5.5 Rewards must be claimed by logging into the Cloudbet account and accessing the "Rewards" section within seven (7) days of the Tournament's conclusion.\ 5.6 Any Reward not claimed within this period will be permanently forfeited.\ 5.7 Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash or alternative rewards.\ 5.8 Cloudbet reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.\ 5.9 Cloudbet reserves the right to adjust, reallocate, or withhold prize allocations where required due to disqualification, leaderboard corrections, technical errors, or breaches of these Rules or Cloudbet's Terms of Service.
6. General Terms 6.1 Cloudbet reserves the right to amend these Rules, suspend, or terminate the Tournament at any time at its sole discretion. 6.2 Cloudbet reserves the right to disqualify entrants, void scores, or withhold prizes where it reasonably believes participation involves error, technical malfunction, abuse, cheating, fraud, or collusion. 6.3 Cloudbet's decisions regarding eligibility, scoring, rankings, and prize allocation are final and binding. 6.4 These Rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Cloudbet's Terms of Service. 6.5 The English version of these Rules shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency with translated versions.
