1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By participating in the tournament (“Tournament”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Tournament Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) and Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.

1.2 In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Rules and Cloudbet’s Terms of Service, Cloudbet’s Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. Tournament Entry

2.1 Entry is open to all eligible Cloudbet account holders who meet the requirements set out in Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.

2.2 To participate, entrants must place a paid wager using real money on any Eligible Game (as defined below) available on the Cloudbet platform during the Tournament Period.

2.3 Only real-money wagers qualify for the accumulation of tournament points. Wagers placed using free spins, bonus funds, promotional credits, or any other non-cash balance will not qualify.

2.4 Wagers placed on games from other providers, live casino games, table games, or any other non-slot products are excluded and will not earn tournament points.

2.5 Cloudbet reserves the right to determine, amend, or update the list of Eligible Games at any time.

3. Tournament Period

3.1 The Tournament will start on July 20, 07:00 UTC and end on July 23, 06:59 UTC (“Tournament Period”).

3.2 Cloudbet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Tournament Period, suspend, or cancel the Tournament at any time, with or without prior notice.

4. Scoring System

4.1 Main Race: Entrants will achieve Main Race tournament points based on qualifying real-money wagers of at least $10 USD (or equivalent) placed on Eligible Games during the Tournament Period. An entrant’s Main Race score is the cumulative total amount wagered (in USD or equivalent) across all qualifying spins on Eligible Games during the Tournament Period. The “Eligible Games” are limited to: Le Prechaun, Le Bandit, Le Fisherman, Le Pharaoh, Le King, Le Santa, Le Zeus, Le Cowboy, Le Viking, Le Digger, Le Bunny, and Le Hooligan.

4.2 Bonus Race: Entrants will achieve a Bonus Race score based on the single highest multiplier achieved on a qualifying real-money wager of at least $10 USD (or equivalent) placed on an Eligible Game during the Tournament Period. Only the single highest multiplier achieved by an entrant during the Tournament Period will count toward that entrant’s final Bonus Race score. The Bonus Race uses the same “Eligible Games” as the Main Race.

4.3 Only spins that meet the minimum bet requirement of $10 USD (or equivalent) will qualify for scoring in either the Main Race or the Bonus Race.

4.4 In the event that multiple entrants achieve the same final score on the Main Race leaderboard or the Bonus Race leaderboard, the entrant who reached that final score first will be ranked higher on the relevant leaderboard.

4.5 Cloudbet will track and record all eligible wagers and Main Race and Bonus Race scores, and such records shall be final and binding.

5. Prizes

5.1 Only the top thirty (30) entrants on the Main Race leaderboard and the top five (5) entrants on the Bonus Race leaderboard at the conclusion of the Tournament (thirty-five (35) entrants in total) will be declared winners and be eligible to receive prizes (“Rewards”).

5.2 Rewards will be awarded to eligible entrants based on their final position on the Main Race leaderboard and the Bonus Race leaderboard at the end of the Tournament Period. The Main Race prize pool is $15,000 in total, and the Bonus Race prize pool is $10,000 in total ($25,000 combined). Rewards will be distributed as follows: Main Race (30 winners, $15,000 total): 1st place: $4,500; 2nd place: $2,500; 3rd place: $1,500; 4th–5th place: $750 each; 6th–10th place: $400 each; 11th–20th place: $200 each; and 21st–30th place: $100 each. Bonus Race (5 winners, $10,000 total): 1st place: $4,000; 2nd place: $2,500; 3rd place: $1,500; 4th place: $1,200; and 5th place: $800.

5.3 Rewards will be paid in USDT cryptocurrency within 24 hours of the Tournament’s conclusion.

5.4 Rewards must be claimed by logging into the Cloudbet account and accessing the “Rewards” section.

5.5 Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash or alternative rewards.

5.6 Cloudbet reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5.7 Cloudbet reserves the right to adjust, reallocate, or withhold prize allocations where required due to disqualification, leaderboard corrections, technical errors, or breaches of these Rules or Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.

6. General Terms

6.1 Cloudbet reserves the right to amend these Rules, suspend, or terminate the Tournament at any time at its sole discretion.

6.2 Cloudbet reserves the right to disqualify entrants, void scores, or withhold prizes where it reasonably believes participation involves error, technical malfunction, abuse, cheating, fraud, or collusion.

6.3 Cloudbet’s decisions regarding eligibility, scoring, rankings, and prize allocation are final and binding.

6.4 These Rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.

6.5 The English version of these Rules shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency with translated versions.
