1. Acceptance of Terms

4.3 The "Eligible Games" for the purposes of these Rules consist of Cloudbet's full Pragmatic Play slots portfolio.

4.4 Only spins that meet the minimum bet requirement of $5 USD (or equivalent) will qualify for scoring in both the Main Race and the Bonus Race.

4.5 In the event that multiple entrants achieve the same final score on the same Race leaderboard, the entrant who reached that score first will be ranked higher on that leaderboard.

4.6 Cloudbet will track and record all eligible wagers and tournament scores, and such records shall be final and binding.

5. Prizes

5.1 Two separate Race leaderboards will be maintained: the Main Race leaderboard and the Bonus Race leaderboard. Only the top twenty (20) entrants on the Main Race leaderboard and the top five (5) entrants on the Bonus Race leaderboard at the conclusion of the Tournament will be declared winners and be eligible to receive prizes ("Rewards"). An entrant may win a Reward on both leaderboards.

5.2 Rewards will be awarded to eligible entrants based on their final position on each Race leaderboard at the end of the Tournament Period, as follows:

  • Main Race (total prize pool $30,000, 20 winners): 1st: $6,000; 2nd: $5,000; 3rd: $3,000; 4th–5th: $2,500 each; 6th–15th: $800 each; 16th–20th: $600 each.
  • Bonus Race (total prize pool $10,000, 5 winners): 1st: $4,000; 2nd: $2,500; 3rd: $1,500; 4th: $1,200; 5th: $800.

5.3 Rewards for both Races will be paid in USDT cryptocurrency within 24 hours of the Tournament's conclusion.

5.4 Rewards must be claimed by logging into the Cloudbet account and accessing the "Rewards" section.

5.5 Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash or alternative rewards.

5.6 Cloudbet reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5.7 Cloudbet reserves the right to adjust, reallocate, or withhold prize allocations where required due to disqualification, leaderboard corrections, technical errors, or breaches of these Rules or Cloudbet's Terms of Service.

6. General Terms

6.1 Cloudbet reserves the right to amend these Rules, suspend, or terminate the Tournament at any time at its sole discretion.

6.2 Cloudbet reserves the right to disqualify entrants, void scores, or withhold prizes where it reasonably believes participation involves error, technical malfunction, abuse, cheating, fraud, or collusion.

6.3 Cloudbet's decisions regarding eligibility, scoring, rankings, and prize allocation are final and binding.

6.4 These Rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Cloudbet's Terms of Service.

6.5 The English version of these Rules shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency with translated versions.
