What is Mines?

Mines is a fast-paced, decision-driven casino game developed by Spribe. Instead of spinning reels, players choose tiles on a 5x5 grid, revealing stars for increasing payouts while avoiding hidden mines that end the round. The more stars you uncover, the bigger your prize—but hit a mine, and you lose it all.

The game is fully customizable, letting you adjust the number of mines before you start. Fewer mines mean safer bets, while more mines increase the risk but boost the potential payout. With an RTP of 97% and the ability to cash out at any time, Mines offers a thrilling blend of strategy and gambling excitement.

1. Strategic gameplay: Unlike slots, Mines requires decision-making—you control how risky each round is.
2. Provably fair technology: The game is built with a Provably Fair system, meaning you can verify every result for fairness.
3. High RTP of 97%: The favorable return-to-player rate offers solid winning potential.
4. Instant cash-out feature: You can bank your winnings at any time, adding an extra layer of strategy.
5. Customizable difficulty: Adjust the number of mines (1-20) to balance risk and reward.

How to play Mines

1. Set your bet amount: Choose how much you want to wager before revealing any tiles.
2. Select the number of mines: More mines mean higher payouts, but also a greater chance of losing.
3. Reveal tiles: Click on grid spaces to uncover stars and increase your prize.
4. Decide when to cash out: At any point, you can take your winnings or risk another move.
5. Avoid the mines: This is an obvious one, but If you hit a mine, the round ends, and you lose your bet.

Top tips for winning at Mines

Mines is all about making smart choices, balancing risk and reward to maximize your winnings. Since Mines runs on a Provably Fair system, every result is randomly generated and cannot be manipulated, ensuring a transparent and trustworthy experience. While you cannot predict where mines are hidden, you can develop a strategy to manage risk effectively. These tips won’t guarantee a win, but they can help you improve your decision-making and increase your chances of securing steady payouts.

Start with a lower number of mines

If you’re new to Mines, begin with fewer mines on the grid. This gives you more safe spaces to click and helps you get a feel for how the game works before increasing the risk.

Cash out early and often

Unlike traditional slots, Mines lets you secure your winnings at any time. If you’ve built up a decent payout, consider cashing out rather than pushing your luck too far.

Use a consistent betting strategy

Rather than going all in on a single risky round, play multiple lower-stake games to extend your session and build your bankroll steadily.

Try different mine configurations

Mines lets you adjust the number of mines per round, which changes your odds and potential rewards. Experiment with different settings to find the balance that works best for you.

Test the game in demo mode

If you’re unsure how Mines works, try the demo mode first. This lets you practice without risking real money and helps you develop a strategy.
