Responsible Gambling
At Cloudbet, we are committed to fostering an environment where gambling remains a safe, enjoyable, and controlled form of entertainment. We take this responsibility to protect our players and promote responsible gambling seriously.
Our mission is to provide a secure, transparent, and supportive environment where players can make informed decisions about their gambling activities. We actively work to safeguard vulnerable individuals, prevent underage gambling, and identify and address signs of problem gambling.
Gambling should be fun and not cause harm. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the tools available or reach out for help.
Our Responsible Gambling Tools
To help you keep gambling fun and stay in control, we offer a range of tools and resources, including cooling-off and self-exclusion options, as well as access to professional support services.
Our team is also here to help you in every step of the way. You can contact us via live chat or at [email protected].

During self-exclusion, you cannot:

In the event that a lifetime exclusion is set, your account will remain closed indefinitely. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Self exclusion can be applied by following the steps below:
- Once you’re logged in, select the profile icon.
- Select preferences.
- Under responsible gambling, select set up.
