Cloudbet's official email addresses

See every email address Cloudbet uses to contact you, and learn how to spot and report fake phishing emails before you click.

At Cloudbet, your account security is our priority. This page lists every email address we use to contact you, so you can quickly check whether an email is genuine.

The email addresses we use

We only ever contact you from the addresses below. If you receive an email claiming to be from Cloudbet from any other address, treat it as suspicious.

Address

Used for

Security and login notifications, transaction confirmations, account verification and recovery, authentication and confirmation codes, and general account updates and alerts.

Marketing and promotional communications, special offers, sports, and rewards.

Customer support replies and correspondence.

How to check an email is really from us

Before you open a link or act on any email that claims to be from Cloudbet, look at the full sender address, not just the display name. The display name can say anything. What matters is the actual address it was sent from.

What we will never ask you for by email

We will never ask you to send us your password, and we will never ask you for a verification or authentication code by email. Anyone who does is trying to steal your account. Never share these with anyone, including people claiming to be Cloudbet staff.

If you think you've received a phishing email

  • Don't click any links or reply.

  • Report it to us at support@cloudbet.com so we'll look into it right away.
