What we can request to be deleted
You can request that we delete the personal data we're not legally required to keep. Once retention periods for the mandatory records expire, that data is deleted, too.
How to request data deletion
Email support@cloudbet.com from the email address linked to your Cloudbet account, and include:
Your Cloudbet username
A clear statement that you're requesting deletion of your personal data
Before you send your request
Withdraw any remaining balance from your account first. Once your data is deleted, we may not be able to restore access or process a withdrawal.
What happens next
We'll review your request as soon as we receive it. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.
