If you signed up using a single sign-on (SSO) method, your account may not have an emailc associated with your account, depending on which SSO you used.
I signed up via Telegram
Your Cloudbet account has no email address. You'll confirm your withdrawal within Telegram, not in an email.
If you'd rather manage your Cloudbet account by email, see How to request to add an email below.
I signed up via Apple ID
When you sign in with Apple, Apple asks whether to share your real email address or hide it. Check if these scenarios apply to you:
If you chose "Share My Email"
Your real email address is on your Cloudbet account, and everything works normally. Emails from us arrive as usual.
If you chose "Hide My Email"
Apple created a private relay alias for you, a random address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. That alias is the email tied to your Cloudbet account.
Emails from Cloudbet do reach these aliases. Apple forwards them to the real inbox on your Apple Account.
If Cloudbet emails aren't arriving, your private relay alias may have been turned off or deleted in your Apple settings. When that happens, Apple stops forwarding our emails to your real inbox, so they may show as sent on our side while you see nothing.
If that's the case, request to add an email address to your account. See How to request to add an email.
