You can cancel a withdrawal right up until it's sent out to the blockchain. Once the withdrawal has been broadcast to the chain, it can no longer be canceled.
When to cancel your withdrawal
You may want to cancel your withdrawal and submit a new request if:
Your confirmation email still hasn't arrived after you've tried all the troubleshooting steps here.
You entered the wrong address or network.
You don't want to withdraw your funds anymore.
Will cancelling speed things up?
No, cancelling your withdrawal and requesting a new one won't speed things up. A new request goes to the back of the queue, so you'll wait longer. If your withdrawal is still pending, leave it, and it will be processed as soon as possible.
How to cancel your withdrawal
As long as the withdrawal hasn't been sent to the blockchain yet, you can cancel it:
On the Cloudbet site, select your profile icon.
Select History.
Select the withdrawal you want to cancel.
Select Cancel withdrawal.
You'll see a message confirming you've canceled your withdrawal.
When you cancel your withdrawal, the funds return to your Cloudbet balance. Nothing is deducted from your balance, and no fee is charged. You can request your withdrawal again.
I can't see the "Cancel withdrawal" button anymore
If you don't see the "Cancel withdrawal" button, your withdrawal can't be canceled anymore.
I see the "We were unable to cancel your withdrawal request" error
If you see an error message saying "We were unable to cancel your withdrawal request" when trying to cancel, contact customer support.
My withdrawal wasn't cancelled by me
A withdrawal can be cancelled on Cloudbet's side. The most common reasons are:
An earlier deposit on your account is still pending
Your account verification isn't complete. See Why is my withdrawal status showing as "rejected"?
