  1. Acceptance of Terms\ \ 1.1 By participating in the tournament (“Tournament”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Tournament Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) and Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.\ 1.2 In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Rules and Cloudbet’s Terms of Service, Cloudbet’s Terms of Service shall prevail.
  2. Tournament Entry\ \ 2.1 Entry is open to all eligible Cloudbet account holders who meet the requirements set out in Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.\ 2.2 To participate, entrants must place a paid wager using real money on ELA Gaming slot games available on the Cloudbet platform during the Tournament Period.\ 2.3 Only real-money wagers qualify for the accumulation of tournament points. Wagers placed using free spins, bonus funds, promotional credits, or any other non-cash balance will not qualify.\ 2.4 Wagers placed on games from other providers, live casino games, table games, or any other non-slot products are excluded and will not earn tournament points.\ 2.5 Cloudbet reserves the right to determine, amend, or update the list of eligible Hacksaw Gaming slot games at any time.
  3. Tournament Period\ \ 3.1 The Tournament will start on Apr 29th, 07:00 UTC and end on May 2nd, 06:59 UTC (“Tournament Period”).\ 3.2 Cloudbet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Tournament Period, suspend, or cancel the Tournament at any time, with or without prior notice.
  4. Scoring System\ \ 4.1 Entrants will accumulate tournament points based on the single highest multiplier achieved from qualifying real-money wagers of at least $1 USD (or equivalent) on eligible slot games during the Tournament Period. Points awarded will be equal to the value of the multiplier achieved. For example, a 50x multiplier will award 50 tournament points. Only the highest multiplier achieved during the Tournament Period will count toward the entrant’s final tournament score. The “eligible slot games” are limited to ELA Games slot games.\ 4.2 Only spins that meet the minimum bet requirement of $1 USD (or equivalent) will qualify for scoring.\ 4.3 In the event that multiple entrants achieve the same highest multiplier, the entrant who reached that multiplier first will be ranked higher on the leaderboard.\ 4.4 Cloudbet will track and record all eligible wagers and tournament scores, and such records shall be final and binding.
  5. Prizes\ \ 5.1 Only the top one hundred (100) entrants on the leaderboard at the conclusion of the Tournament will be declared winners and be eligible to receive prizes (“Rewards”).\ 5.2 Rewards will be awarded based on the final leaderboard ranking, as follows: 1st place: $3,000; 2nd place: $2,200; 3rd place: $1,800; 4th–5th place: $600 each; 6th–10th place: $300 each; 11th–20th place: $160 each; 21st–40th place: $80 each; 41st–70th place: $40 each; 71st–100th place: $30 each.\ 5.3 Rewards will be paid in USDT cryptocurrency.\ 5.4 Rewards must be claimed by logging into the Cloudbet account and accessing the “Rewards” section for each respective day.\ 5.5 Any Reward not claimed on the designated day will be forfeited and will not roll over to subsequent days.\ 5.6 Any Rewards remaining unclaimed after seven (7) days will be permanently forfeited.\ 5.7 Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash or alternative rewards.\ 5.8 Cloudbet reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.\ 5.9 Cloudbet reserves the right to adjust, reallocate, or withhold prize allocations where required due to disqualification, leaderboard corrections, technical errors, or breaches of these Rules or Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.
  6. General Terms\ \ 6.1 Cloudbet reserves the right to amend these Rules, suspend, or terminate the Tournament at any time at its sole discretion.\ 6.2 Cloudbet reserves the right to disqualify entrants, void scores, or withhold prizes where it reasonably believes participation involves error, technical malfunction, abuse, cheating, fraud, or collusion.\ 6.3 Cloudbet’s decisions regarding eligibility, scoring, rankings, and prize allocation are final and binding.\ 6.4 These Rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Cloudbet’s Terms of Service.\ 6.5 The English version of these Rules shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency with translated versions.
