1. This prize draw promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Cloudbet. By participating in this Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Cloudbet’s general Terms of Service.
2. The Promotion begins at  00:00 UTC on 1 September 2025 and ends at 23:59 UTC on 24 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion is open to existing customers who:
   
   1. have a Level 2 verified Cloudbet account in good standing;
   2. are not excluded or self-excluded from gambling on the platform; and
   3. are not located in any of the following jurisdictions:  Australia; Belgium; China; Macau; Hong Kong SAR; Curaçao; Cuba; Germany; Indonesia; Iran; Lithuania; Malta; Myanmar; Netherlands; North Korea; Russia; Singapore; Spain; Syria; Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions only); United States of America and its territories; or United Kingdom.
4. To participate in this Promotion, participants must log in to their Cloudbet account, enter the promo code "HUGHES", and bet on qualifying sporting events or casino games during the Promotion Period.
5. Eligible customers will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every USD10 (or currency equivalent) wagered on any sporting events or casino games during the Promotion Period.  
6. Qualifying bets must be:
   
   1. placed on sporting events or casino games that are not expressly excluded in Clause 7 below;
   2. placed and settled within the Promotion Period; and
   3. real money bets (bonus funds, fee bets or void/cancelled bets do not qualify).
7. The following bet types and events are excluded from this Promotion and will not qualify for entries:
   
   1. cashed-out or partially cashed-out bets;
8. There is no maximum number of entries - the more qualifying bets placed, the more entries a customer will receive.
9. At the end of the Promotion Period, Cloudbet will randomly select three (3) winners from all valid entries received.
10. The prizes will be awarded in the order that winners are drawn:
    
    1. The first winner drawn will receive:
       
       1. 2 x VIP Tickets to the PFL Champions Series 3 event held in Dubai on October 3 2025 (“PFL Dubai”)
       2. 2 x personal invites to the afterparty hosted by the Paul Hughes fan club “The Big News Crew”
       3. Cloudbet x PFL merch kit including the following items:
          
          1. A pair of Paul Hughes signed gloves
          2. PFL cinch bag
          3. PFL hoodie
          4. PFL training shirt
          5. PFL socks
    2. The second winner drawn will receive: 
       
       1. 2 x General Admission tickets to the PFL Champions Series 3 event held in Dubai on October 3 2025 (“PFL Dubai”)
       2. Cloudbet x PFL merch kit including the following items:
          
          1. A pair of Paul Hughes signed gloves
          2. PFL cinch bag
          3. PFL hoodie
          4. PFL training shirt
          5. PFL socks
    3. The third winner drawn will receive: 
       
       1. Cloudbet x PFL merch kit including the following items:
          
          1. A pair of Paul Hughes signed gloves
          2. PFL cinch bag
          3. PFL hoodie
          4. PFL training shirt
          5. PFL socks
11. Winners will be contacted via the email address registered to their account within 48 hours of the draw.
12. If a winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours after the notification being sent, Cloudbet reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
13. Cloudbet’s decision regarding prize winners is final and binding.
14. Cloudbet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is unavailable, impractical, or otherwise not feasible to award.
15. Cloudbet reserves the right to void any entries or withhold prizes where such entries or prize allocations are the result of an error, technical malfunction, system failure, or any other circumstance outside the reasonable control of Cloudbet that affects the fairness or integrity of this Promotion.
16. Cloudbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
17. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse this Promotion (including collusion, fraud, or placing bets in bad faith) will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension or closure.
18. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash unless otherwise stated.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the various language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
20. Cloudbet's general Terms of Service apply to this Promotion.
