- Must show your full name, face, and ID number. 
- Must be an original document—no photocopies or scans of copies. 
- Match the full name on your proof of address.

Requirements
Your proof of address must:
- Match the full name on your ID. Proof of address showing a family member’s name won’t be accepted. 
- Match the claimed address you want to verify 
- Be dated within 3 months and in a PDF format. 
- Be an original document—no scans or photos of photocopies.
