I can’t see my crypto deposit in my account

Learn what to do if your deposit hasn’t arrived in your account.

Updated this week

If you can't see your crypto deposit in your account, check these common reasons and what you should do next.

1. Check if you’ve reached your deposit limit

Unverified accounts are subject to a deposit limit cap to meet compliance and player protection standards. If you deposit more than the allowed limit, the excess amount won’t be credited to your balance until you verify your account.

2. Make sure your crypto and network are supported

Cloudbet supports specific cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks. If you deposited an unsupported crypto or deposited a supported crypto on the wrong network, you won’t see your deposit in your account.

Deposits of unsupported crypto or networks are not recoverable. Learn more about it.

3. Wait for 10 minutes

Crypto deposits are usually credited within minutes. However, delays can happen due to blockchain congestion.

Wait at least 10 minutes after you deposit, then refresh your account.

4. Contact customer support

If your deposit still hasn’t appeared after completing the steps above, contact customer support and include:

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Network

  • Deposit address

  • Transaction date

  • Transaction link (TXID)
