I don’t have an email or password on my Cloudbet account

If you signed up using a single sign-on method, here’s how to add an email and set a password to your Cloudbet account.

If you signed up using a single sign-on method, like Google or Apple, your Cloudbet account won’t have an email or password by default.

1. Request to add an email

Contact customer support and ask us to link an email to your account. You may be asked to verify your account before we proceed.

2. Set your password

After your email is added, go to the Forgot Password page to set your password.
