If you signed up for your Cloudbet account with your Apple ID and aren't receiving emails from us, like withdrawal confirmations, the address Apple gave us is the usual cause.
How Apple handles your email address
When you signed up for your Apple ID, Apple showed you a choice between "Share My Email" and "Hide My Email."
If you chose Share My Email
Your real address is on your Cloudbet account and our emails arrive normally.
If you chose Hide My Email
Apple created a private relay alias for you: a random address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. That alias is the email on your Cloudbet account, and Apple forwards anything we send to it on to your real inbox.
Apple only forwards while that alias is switched on. If forwarding has been turned off, our emails leave our system normally but never reach you.
If Cloudbet emails aren't arriving
If you're not seeing Cloudbet emails, follow these steps:
1. Search your inbox for the right sender
Apple rewrites our sender address to something like support_at_cloudbet_com_...@privaterelay.appleid.com. Searching for "Cloudbet" won't find it. Search for "withdrawal" or "privaterelay" instead, and check the spam folder in the inbox Apple forwards to.
2. Check if forwarding is still switched on
In your Apple Account settings, you can see which address Cloudbet was given, and whether forwarding to your real inbox is still switched on by referring to these articles:
If forwarding is off, turn it back on, and our emails will start arriving again.
