If you see the message "We cannot process your request at this time. Try again later," your phone number couldn't be verified. You won't receive an SMS to verify your account.
Why this happens
This error usually appears if your phone number is already linked to another Cloudbet account. Each user can only have one Cloudbet account, and each phone number can only be used once.
What to do next
Sign in to your original account. That's the one already linked to your phone number. If you forgot your password, reset your password.
