Who can send messages on the chat?

You'll have to be in the Silver tier or above to send messages on the chat. (To find out your current tier, see this article.) Players in any tier can view the chat.

How to access the chat

Once you’re logged in, select the chat icon.

How to mention a player

Mentions let you invite other players into a conversation. You can invite multiple players at the same time.

  1. In the chat’s message bar, enter @ and the username.

  2. Select the user.

How to reply to a player

In the chat’s message bar, select the username of the player to reply to them.

How to mute a player

  1. In the chat, select the user’s profile icon.

  2. Choose Mute user.

How to unmute a player

  1. At the top of the chat, select the x icon.

  2. Select the trash icon next to the player you want to unmute.

Can I hide my username from the chat?

No, all usernames are visible on the chat to ensure a transparent and friendly space for everyone.

Does the community chat replace customer support?

No, the community chat doesn't replace customer support. If you have a question or run into an issue, contact our customer support team via live chat or email.

Can I block other players?

No, you can't block other players. If you want to stop seeing someone's messages, mute them in the chat.

Can I become a chat moderator?

No, Cloudbet players can't become chat moderators. Moderation is handled by the Cloudbet team.
