If your crypto is supported

Occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen factors, such as network congestion. Wait 10 minutes for the deposit to appear in your account. If it still hasn’t appeared in your account after 10 minutes, contact customer support (and include the transaction information).

If your crypto is not supported

Deposits made with unsupported cryptocurrencies will not appear in your account.
