What happens during self-exclusion or cooling-off

Whether you’re on a cooling-off or self-exclusion period, you can't:

  • Place bets

  • Access any gambling features

  • Use rewards, promotions, or bonuses

  • Change or cancel your self-exclusion period

  • Create a new account

What happens after the period ends

  • Temporary cooling-off or self-exclusion: Your account will reopen automatically at the end of the period.

  • Lifetime self-exclusion: Your account will stay closed permanently.
