Cloudbet gives you two ways to step back from gambling—cooling-off for short breaks, and self-exclusion for longer or permanent account closure. Both are part of our commitment to responsible play.
How to self-exclude
You can apply a cooling-off period or self-exclude from your Settings. For step-by-step instructions, check this page.
Cooling-off and self-exclusion options
Option | What is it? | Duration options |
Cooling-off | A short-term break that blocks all gambling features | • 24 hours • 7 days • 1 month • 3 months |
Self-exclusion | Long-term or permanent suspension of your account | • 1 year • 5 years • Lifetime |
What happens during self-exclusion or cooling-off
Whether you’re on a cooling-off or self-exclusion period, you can't:
Place bets
Access any gambling features
Use rewards, promotions, or bonuses
Change or cancel your self-exclusion period
Create a new account
What happens after the period ends
Temporary cooling-off or self-exclusion: Your account will reopen automatically at the end of the period.
Lifetime self-exclusion: Your account will stay closed permanently.
