How to find your transaction hash from your wallet or exchange

Find your transaction hash (TxID) in your wallet or exchange when reporting a missing deposit.

A transaction hash (also called TxID, Transaction ID, or Tx Hash) is the unique ID for your crypto transfer on the blockchain. We may ask for it when investigating a missing deposit.

Different wallets and exchanges label it differently and put it in different places. Follow the steps for the specific wallet or exchange you used to send your deposit.
