If you're unable to submit your documents during verification anymore, it’s usually because too many failed attempts were made.

Why you can’t upload your documents

If your previous uploads didn’t meet our requirements, and you tried submitting them several times, the system may block further attempts automatically. This is a security measure to prevent spam or tampering.

How to fix it

Contact customer support and ask for a new verification link. We’ll reset the session so you can upload fresh documents and continue the process.
