I’m not receiving my OTP when enabling 2FA

If you’re not receiving the OTP when enabling 2FA, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you’re enabling 2FA (2-factor authentication) and didn’t receive the 6-digit OTP by email, here’s how to fix it.

When is the OTP sent?

You’ll receive an OTP by email when enabling 2FA in your settings. It protects your account by verifying it’s you making the changes.

How to fix it

1. Confirm you can access your email

Make sure you’re checking the same email you used to sign up for your Cloudbet account.

2. Check your spam or junk folder

Your email provider may have filtered our emails. Look for any emails from Cloudbet and mark them as “Not spam” to ensure future delivery.

3. Wait a few minutes

Email delivery can be delayed due to server load or provider filters. Wait a few minutes and check again.

4. Resend the code

Enable 2FA in your settings again to resend the OTP.

5. Contact customer support

If the OTP still doesn’t arrive, contact customer support—we’ll look into the issue for you.
