If you’ve lost access to the device you use for two-factor authentication (2FA), you’re advised to disable 2FA immediately.
The easiest way to disable 2FA is by using your recovery code, which you received when you first signed up for an account on Cloudbet.
I have my recovery code
To remove 2FA with your recovery code:
Sign out of your Cloudbet account.
On the login page, enter your login credentials.
On the Authentication Code screen, select Lost device?
Enter your password and recovery code.
Select Remove 2FA.
I don’t have my recovery code
If you’ve lost your recovery code, contact customer support to disable 2FA.
For security, we'll need to verify that you’re the account holder. Once confirmed, we'll remove 2FA from your account within a few business days.
