How do I self-exclude my account?

To temporarily block access to your Cloudbet account:

  1. Log into Cloudbet from your desktop and select ‘My account’ from the account menu.

  2. Then, navigate to 'Responsible gambling' from the side menu.

  3. Set your exclusion period. Choose ‘Exclude me for 1 day’ to proceed.

  4. Select 'Apply exclusion.' A confirmation message will appear.

On mobile:

  1. Navigate to ‘Preferences’ on your account menu and scroll down to ‘Responsible gambling’.

  2. Choose ‘Exclude me for 1 day’ to proceed. A confirmation message will appear.

  3. Select 'Apply.'

Once confirmed, you will immediately be logged out of your account, which will be blocked for the selected exclusion period. You cannot log back in or access any services until the period ends.

Please contact our customer support team for assistance if you’d like to extend the exclusion or self-exclude indefinitely.
