No, self-excluded accounts cannot be accessed until the end of the exclusion period.

Withdrawals requested before a self-exclusion request will be processed normally. Open sports bets on events that may occur during the self-exclusion period will be settled as usual once we receive official results.

For a permanent self-exclusion request, it is highly recommended users withdraw their funds prior to self-exclusion.
