Cloudbet’s Loyalty Club launched
Cloudbet has launched its new Loyalty Club – a programme designed to reward you for your playing endeavours. This initial stage is focussed on our casino players.
Six tiers to play through
Players will progress through six different tiers, receiving increasingly bigger and better bonuses and rewards as players go.
There are six tiers to conquer, starting from Bronze, through Silver, Gold, Emerald and Sapphire, until players reach coveted Ruby status.
Each tier consists of a number of levels that you need to complete to graduate to the next tier – which will in turn provide you with bigger and better bonuses and other perks to enjoy.
Progressive rewards
As players play, they will continuously progress through each level and tier.
The speed at which you progress through the programme depends on the amount you play, and the return-to-player (commonly referred to as the RTP) of the games played. Playing games with a lower RTP will reward you with a faster progression that wagering the same amount on games with higher RTPs.
To begin with, all players will start at the same Bronze starting point, which entitles you to 20 free spins awarded every Tuesday.
Once you reach the Silver tier, you will also be eligible to receive deposit bonuses on Mondays and Thursdays. The size of these bonuses increases as you move up each tier.
Once players achieve Emerald, Sapphire and Ruby status, they will also be eligible for bespoke bonuses that can be designed and delivered especially for you.
Keeping track of progress
When Cloudbet players now log in to their accounts, under the hamburger menu they’ll see a link to their “Loyalty status”.
Clicking on that link takes you to a more detailed page where you will find all the pertinent information you need on your current status.
The top half of the page shows you your tier status – in this case Silver – and a progress bar that shows you how far you’ve come through your current level. Remember, there are numerous levels to be completed within each tier – and you can see exactly where you stand on the right hand side of the progress bar.
Under the progress bar is a reminder of what you can look forward to once you reach the next tier – in this case Gold – and the higher value of the bonus available to you as a Gold player. Below that, a gentle reminder of the very simple betting requirements to be fulfilled by the player in order to maintain their current loyalty programme status.
In the top right corner there is a link to some FAQs that should answer any questions you might have.
The second half of the page shows you another progress bar, but this time it shows your overall progress through the different tiers. Beneath that, we show the different tiers that lie ahead and the rewards available in each of them – the simplest way to gauge the size of your deposit bonuses when you reach the next level…

If a player is on the Casino, Live Casino or Arcade page, a snapshot of their status is on display also, again, under the hamburger menu.
For quick reference, you can also see your loyalty status over on the left (if you’re on desktop) where you access your account details and deposit. Clicking on this gem icon allows you to return the the My Account page.
